The property is exactly as listed. Huge property footprint with off road parking for multiple vehicles (2 under shelter. Well lit and safe. The property is a great size. 4 double bedrooms with 1 downstairs (perfect for the less mobile). The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, nothing broken or damaged at all. The outside area is very well maintained and the plentiful furniture in excellent order. The pool was lovely clean and well maintained. wifi worked great. Lovely outside lighting created a very welcoming and pleasant evening spent outside. Upstairs also has a balcony/veranda to enjoy sunsets and dining outside. Each bedroom also has its own balcony (and bathroom). Kitchen was a great size (huge) Great location, easy to find and very short drive to beach and supermarket. Lovely safe area, easy reach of mountains/beach and walks/running/cycling. During my stay the area was peaceful and quiet. Simple handover no issues at all. Loved my stay would book again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Good location, in quiet neighbourhood. The property adequately suited our needs and the pool area was perfect for the youngsters in our party and only a short drive to the local beaches, restaurants and other amenities.

Great Villa for family and friends in a good location. Tasso the villa manager is brilliant and cana€™t help you enough which is brilliant for local Omana€™s recommendations. Would recommend a car at the property to help you explore the area. However there are great restaurants in walking distance.

Villa Aristotle is a fantastic traditional villa, which is a great size for family or friends. It is well maintained and equipped for all your holiday needs. Situated in a quiet location but in walking distance of restaurants and the beach if you like a walk , but only minutes by car.Would highly recommend. We will be back.

We had a lovely week at Villa Aristotle. The villa had top-of-the-range specifications and facilities inside and outside. The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun. It was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. Do not hesitate to book this property for your next holiday as we had the best holiday ever!

Villa Aristotle was spotlessly clean & well-presented. The kids loved the pool and we felt very safe with the privacy of it all. The views from the terrace toward the sea were superb and a nice sand-and-pebble beach with a great snorkeling reef was only a 3-minute drive away. Savored every moment of our stay and we definitely will book it again.

It was peaceful and beautiful. For us, this was the best holiday that we ever had. The villa was very charming and clean and ideal for a family. We really did enjoy using the pool, especially in the morning. It was a 5-min walk to almost everywhere, particularly to the bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The nearest beach was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. We would definitely recommend this villa as it was absolutely beautiful.

Everything was superb! Villa Aristotle was very clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. The pool was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. We visit Coral Bay and Paphos, which were really beautiful. This was our first time with this agency and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. We had a really pleasant holiday at Villa Aristotle. The description of the villa was accurate and we felt safe and secure both at the villa and within Peyia generally. Most importantly it was very clean and comfortable. The pool and surrounding area were lovely with fabulous views. Coral Bay Beach and Laourou Beach are one of the best beaches that we visited while we were there and spent an amazing time together enjoying its beauties. We recommend Villa Aristotle to everyone.

Villa Aristotle was amazing! It was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. There was a wonderful swimming pool with amazing sea views. Coral bay is one of the best beaches that we had ever visited! We thank the owners and agents who checked on us from time to time and warmly recommend this villa to all of you for your next holiday!
