Our holiday was so memorable because Villa Patty is so special. There is an amazing view from the backyard of the church of Saint Francis and that makes the property even more special! The owners go out of their way to make sure all the needs are met and I think anyone staying here will love it! So many activities, close to everything and in the middle of the most charming village. I wish I was still there! Thank you Villa Patty!!!

Lovely stay! Very clean villa, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful, spacious villa in a very peaceful setting. We appreciated the owners kindness throughout our stay. We had a wonderful holiday. The surrounding area is stunning. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great. The villa and especially the pool and garden. The view to Assisi is wonderful. The owner was very helpfully. It was a great visit.

Spacious, comfortable, and peaceful with amazing views. Highly recommended!

the vIlla is extremely comfortable and full of entertainments for kids, teen agers and adults! We were there in april and thanks to the heated swimming pool we could enjoy the complete experience offered a€¦ the barbecue as well! Manuela and her husband are genuinely committed in creating a real home away from home for all the hosts. We were 2 families with 3 kids and we easily reach Assisi, Perugia, le cascate delle Marmore, Spoleto, Spello and so ona€¦ we will come back and we will warmly suggest the villa to all our frineds. thank you! All perfect!!

A beautiful space and a lovely experience.

We had an amazing time Villa Patty in Assisi, Umbria! The villa was nice and clean and the garden itself was a haven, with a lovely BBQ area and private off-road parking, making it the perfect retreat from the world.

For our family, it was a special house with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and nice rustic decorations. I would recommend staying here for sure.

The villa was spotless, cozy, and roomy, with everything youll need for a pleasant holiday.

The villa was beautiful and clean, just as the pictures show. A true peaceful serenity experience.

It was clean, comfortable, and cozy and had everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Nice outside area with garden. Highly recommended. We repeat for sure!
