Villa Xenios Dias

Rested a large family. With children from two years. It was the 5th visit to this Villa. Everybody loved it. Children love to swim in the small pool. We played football on the grass. We stayed at the Villa for four weeks. When it came time to leave, everyone wanted to stay even longer.

Overall Id rate Villa Xenios Dias as a 4 star. We travelled with 4 small children and 4 adults and had a brilliant time. The rooms are huge and each has an en suite, the outside space is fantastic with both pools being big and the kids loved the small pool and spent pretty much every day there. The local area is very quiet just a couple of restaurants and an ice cream place. getting to them shouldve been really simple but they were repairing the road so you had to go across a building site (not great with kids). The local beach was almost empty and is just a strip next to the road, its also quite windy so we spent almost all our time at the villa. Theres plenty of fixed shade and loads of p

Love this Villa. Were on it for the fourth time. Rested family with children. Very convenient when there is a childrens pool. On the field the children were playing football. Close to the beach, restaurants and shop. Will definitely be back next year.

This villa was above and beyond. When we arrived there were beautiful fresh flowers in vases that were handpicked from the garden laid on the tables and in some of the bedrooms, bread, milk and fruit....everything was so homey - you could feel that special touch when you arrived in the villa. Apart from it being spotlessly clean, you could tell that someone had taken those extra few moments to add something special. The bedrooms were expansive, comfortable with cozy fleece blankets. The kitchen was equipped with literally anything you could think of. There was a separate washroom with a huge washing machine and dryer (probably 10kg size). Such a wonderful villa! We were a party of 7, using all 5 bedrooms. The website description didn't show all 5 en-suite bathrooms, the extra downstairs toilet and the garden toilet or two showers - all additional benefits. There was plenty of room, and the pools were fantastic. The shady seating areas were really appreciated as the temperature regularly reached 40+ while we were there. Thank goodness for the air-conditioning too! The views and the location were fabulous - we didn't do much exploring, this was meant to be a relaxing holiday, and that is exactly what it was. We very much hope to visit again one day.

Villa was superb. It was huge and even better equipped than advertised with pool towels and tumble dryer available. Four poster bed in the massive master bedroom wasn't even pictured on the website and was fantastic. Views of the sea were amazing. Views of the mountains just as good. Loved it

We had a great time in the Villa Xenios in Cyprus. The garden is wonderful designed and full of flowers and fruits. The houseboy Singh was very friendly and helpful. He invited us for a homemade Greek dinner which was cooked by the Aunt of the owner. We found everything we needed in the house. We are really happy to spend our holidays with Agni travel in the Villa Xenios.

Xenios was just what we were looking for, the grounds and space you get with this villa are truly outstanding. The villa was just as described and depicted and we really did not want to go home. We were totally taken aback just how lovely the villa and Cyprus in general is and we will definitely be returning. We used the outside space the most and it was a true blessing to have a fan under the covered terrace as it does get very warm.
