A very beautiful villa with everything you need and an excellent pool. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again

Lovely views. Agni staff could not have been more helpful and very professional. Well done. This Villa had everything a traveler would need and is still in the perfect location. This is the sort of place I wouldnt hesitate recommending to friends and family and may just come back myself!.

It is not super luxurious but is very comfortable pretty well equipped with a great pool and fantastic access to the sea. The pool area was great and ideal for families. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. A truly wonderful stay!!!!

Close to the beach, nice Location, fenced garden, quiet, many possibilities to relax, would book again. We participated in watersports from harbor which was professional and safe. Villa matches the description. We will happily return.

The villa is well spaced from neighboring properties. Also like the fact it has enough outdoor furniture for all. Sitting next to the pool was so relaxing for dinner and drinks. Thanks to Agni for their support.

Overall, it is the perfect villia for a short stay such as a long weekend which we have now used it for over the last two years and we will certainly look at using it again.

We had a lovely relaxed holiday we only had a couple of minor problems which was sorted out by the owner straight away. I would stay there again if I ever went back to that area and would recommend.

Really nice villa in a fantastic location near shops restaurants and the beach. Spacious with lots of bathrooms, it comfortably slept the 7 of us. Great, friendly customer service. We would definitely recommend Villa Anastasia to our family and friends.

We had a brilliant holiday. Was a lovely sized villa and very accessible to everything. Only 10 min walk to beach and about 7 min walk to Philipos Supermarket. We hired a car but wasnt needed if you wanted to stay local. Beautiful views from balcony of the sea. Very comfortable beds and lovely to have your own bathroom in each room. Will definitely be back

Great villa with fantastic location. As sleeps 6 it would benefit from 6 sun beds to keep everyone happy. The owner was of great help and was there whenever we needed him

Lovely spacious villa close to all amenities and nice pool area. Good communication when booked.

The Accomodation was excellent and in an excellent location. We were visited regularly and ask if everything was ok and if there were any problems. Any minor problems we had, were immediately rectified.

The property is in an ideal location for clients wishing to stay in the heart of Coral Bay being a 3 minute walk to the high st, 10 mins to a lovely sandy beach and similar to a large supermarket where you can buy all your groceries required for your stay. They will also deliver if necessary. We hired a car from Paphos airport and it took approx 40 mins to arrive. However a car is not necessary in this villa as everything locally is in walking distance and there is a regualr bus to Paphos town for 1.50 euros each way. Excellent holiday and would recommend to friends and family.

The villa is really very nice clean and well maintained. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a cooker, a toaster, a fridge, a hair-dryer, a big flat-screen TV, a DVD-player with a lot of disks, a stereo. Internet is fast enough to use e-mail and social nets. The swimming pool is clean and pleasant. The location to my opinion is ideal. Just two minutes walk to the main road with lots of bars and restaurants 10 minutes walk to a big supermarket, Philippos, where you can buy all the food and items for the house, 10 minutes walk to the main and very nice sandy beach 5 minutes walk to the nearest stony beach. You don't need a car if you are not planning to explore the island.

Excellent villa in a prime location only 200m from the strip but so quiet and peaceful. Easy access to local bus service and taxis. Supermarket, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Villa was spacious and clean. We as 6 adults had all the room we needed was fantastic. Absolutely perfect. Location could not be better. We had only one problem when we had no electricity but we contacted Tassos and he came and sorted immediately...otherwise no problem at all.
