Beautiful house in beautiful and relaxing place.

We have loved our stay at Villa Nikolakis. The location is wonderful with a gorgeous view over the sea. Five steps and you can jump into the water. A great taverna and beach over the road. The villa was really comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely love to come again! Thank you.

The Villa Nikolakis is lovely, its spotless, cozy, and roomy, with everything youll need for a pleasant vacation. The sunset and scenery are breathtaking. The terrace is the ideal size for relaxing and tanning in sun. The villa was completely safe and the outside dining area was great for al fresco dining. The Villa Nikolakis was just what we wanted and met all our expectations. It was absolutely brilliant. Very accurate the photos dont do it justice it is an amazing villa and the grounds are beautiful. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the locality and position of the interesting villa. We had a wonderful holiday and the view from the villa is not one I wish to forget for a long time. Will be back next year.

Weve been here twice now and will certainly return; we enjoy it here. This was perfectly located, in a lovely part of Corfu - local beach, tavernas, boat trips, snorkeling etc all in easy reach; but really no need to travel if you just want to chill in this lovely house.

In the kitchen, the villa was well-equipped with everything youd like. Definitely a well-kept property that was recently renovated. We were only 20 min ride away from restaurants, galleries, and shops of cosmopolitan Corfu Town with its Venetian buildings. Food amazing, plenty of fresh fish.

Beautiful villa with sea views and beach access. As usual, though, the Greek people were charming and friendly. This is a wonderful small and pebbly beach complete with a taverna serving all the food and drinks you could want, with sunbeds and umbrellas. Thank you to everyone at Beach Villas and in Kerasia for ensuring we had a wonderful holiday. Situated in a quiet area on spacious grounds. Highly recommend this property.

The panoramic view is unbelievable. This is the ideal holiday home for complete quiet and relaxation. We all loved Kerasia - couldnt believe how beautiful and yet quiet it was with a wonderful taverna looking out over the water - and all within walking distance of the house. The boat exceeded our expectations as well and the places it gave us access to were beautiful.
