Villa Semeli was lovely it had everything you could ever need home from home. The housekeeper was such a lovely lady and kept the Villa and pool area spotless she couldn’t do enough for you, worth her weight in gold.A hamper was there on on arrival with some lovely products to see us through for a couple of days which was greatly appreciated. The owners called in just to make sure everything was ok, very nice people.

We visit Katelios every year and always stay in Agni villas. Our favourite wasn’t available this year so we booked Villa Semeli. Great location and within easy walking distance to the beach and tavernas. Beautifully maintained with gorgeous plants and flowers in the grounds. Lovely pool and patio furniture.

The villa is perfectly located. The grounds are well kept and very beautiful Ada the house keeper ensures the villa is spotless and that you have everything you need. She also helps with advice and speaks good English. Perhaps the spiral staircase would be difficult for the elderly or infirm.

Overall wonderful location with all amenities close at hand made for a very relaxing holiday. Ada the cleaner was lovely and popped in at the start and end of our stay to check on us. What a lovely lady. Thank you.

Lovely, well-maintained villa. Great location 10/15 minutes walk from restaurants/bars on the front. Wonderful friendly cleaner who made sure we were well looked after.

Everything was perfect from the communication with the agent as well as the owner to the additional touches of the welcome box and wine on my husband’s 60th birthday.
