Superb holiday. The owner was very helpful when we had a problem with the oven she arranged for a new oven to be installed the next day. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

We've had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to book again. From first booking we've had excellent service from your team.Thank you. The service from your team has been excellent. Luckily we haven't needed any maintenance. The Villa was very clean and comfortable.And the location was superb,near to the sea front and very close to shops and bars .Two supermarkets are within five minutes walk.. Also lots of excellent restaurants.At reasonable prices . Altogether a lovely holiday.

This was a very nice villa, perfectly located for those who like it quiet but within easy reach of shops etc. I have used Beach Villas before and they continue to be a very professional company. I will use again in the future. The problem I had with the sofa was dealt with very quickly by the maintenance team. Thank you

Beautiful Villa in a quiet suburban area well maintained by friendly helpful staff. Comfy beds, good quality linen, great blackout curtains and Pool area was fabulous. Lovely to be able to walk to shops restaurants etc. Would recommend car hire if you want to do some self catering and need to get to the supermarkets near the airport explore the island etc. Marina at Playa Blanca was sublime. We had a fabulous time did not want to come home. Overall an excellent Villa for the price paid.

Overall excellent holiday. As I work in the travel industry I would say this is the best holiday myself and my family have taken. Accommodation. Location. Local facilities. Continuing contact between Beach Villas and guest from start to finish. Excellent. No changes needed.

My holiday was great, my son lives in Lanzarote and we were there for his wedding. Every thing was perfect and the villa was part of it....will book again.

We had a fab holiday at the villa very chilled and relaxed. It had everything we needed and was close enough to walk for food shopping and entertainment. I will almost certainly recommend the property to family and friends and hopefully will be back next year. Huge thanks to the owner who popped in and cleaned the pool and had a wee tidy up round the gardens. Thanks again for a great holiday Elizabeth.

The villa is well located and well presented with a very nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds etc. it is very close to the sea and only 5 mins from Matagorda centre. The cleaner came in twice during the week which was good. Overall I would recommend this property.

Wonderful villa - exceeded our expectations. Good location near to beach and shops. Beach Villas team were very helpful - especially when our 2 daughters who arrived before us could not find the villa. Someone found them almost within 5 minutes and took them to the villa. We will definitely recommend this Villa and the Beach Villas team to all of our friends. In fact we are looking to book again next year.
