Fantastic, relaxing week

The beaches with the blue sky water and the many attractions, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found Cala en Bosch and Villa Iris to match all our wants and wishes and we are glad that stayed there for our holiday. Villa Iris has 3 very cozy rooms and a great spacious outside area with a nice pool, BBQ, patio, and terrace. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Cala Blanca and Ciutadella de Menorca where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Spanish specialties (Paella, Gazpacho...) there. Menorca has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

The Villa Iris is set in an absolutely beautiful location near the sea. The location is very quiet and private. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Menorca over the past 10 years but the Villa Iris is definitely the best one (liked the location and privacy). We have already booked for July and September next year. There are several restaurants, restaurants, and bars nearby (within walking distance). Also, near to other local shops and a bakery for day-to-day supplies and close to Cala en Bosch center. You need only a 10-15 minute walking to Cala en Bosch center and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. Great holiday at Villa Iris. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

I cant say enough about this villa and the area. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! Villa Iris and Cala En Bosch were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near and around the marina is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only three minutes walk away. Cala en Bosch is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The whole process couldnt have been easier from booking and paying online detailed instructions on finding the villa a clean and well-presented property. It is a beautiful house amid palm trees with a great terrace surrounded by lots of natural shades. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area was great for al fresco dining. The Villa was just what we wanted and met all our expectations. It was absolutely brilliant. We really enjoyed our holiday and we will be returning to Cala en Bosch and Villa Iris next year.

Booked a villa in Mallorca through this company last year. Nice to be back again with Beach Villas! Villa Iris was as well perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area with BBQ. The location was perfect and we were able to explore beautiful places around the Cala en Bosch. Good restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. Everyone in Cala en Bosch was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Cala Blanca and Ciutadella de Menorca and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

Really great villa (as always with Agni) and the location was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Villa Iris had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We liked Cala en Bosch a lot and also visited Cala Blanca and spend a great time there: explored the area, visited near beaches, shops, restaurants...)The people are soooo friendly there. A great holiday for us and many thanks to, Beach Villas team for helping us book this property.

Nos encanto la piscina, una gozada. Disfrutamos mucho de la zona de barbacoa y del comedor exterior tanto de dia como de noche. La casa estaba limpia, era muy espaciosa y tiene de todo. La cocina esta muy bien equipada con microondas, tostadora, cafetera, una nevera muy grande e incluso nos dieron bolsas de basura, estropajo y jabon de fregar. Nos sentimos muy a gusto desde el principio. Fuimos cuatro personas, aunque hay sitio para seis sin problema. Mantuvimos contacto con los propietarios desde el principio y estuvieron muy atentos antes y durante nuestra estancia.La zona es muy tranquila y muy cerquita de calan bosch. Hay supermercados cerca. Definitivamente volveremos a Villa Iris.

I have been 10 days in Villa Iris with my family. A vacation to always remember. The island, the situation of the house, the pool, the comfort and cleanliness ... all great. I recommend it and we will return.

The villa was just great, what more could you want we celebrated my sisters 60th birthday who was delighted with the place as we all were.

Villa was a great size for us and was set out how I thought it would be. The pool and garden were lovely and well kept. The house is walking distance to the beach. Beach Villas provided an excellent service which exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again.

Great service again from Beach Villas. Comfortable villa in a good location - not too far away from the marina but still in a peaceful area. Villa is a good size for four people and the pool was great.

Wow. Wonderful Stay. Such a lovely area which is ideal for walking and also cycling (we rented bikes from Miguel office in villages. 5 Euros per day. Bargain). Local tapas bar was very cheap and beer was just 2 Euros! Menorca is just such good value for money.

Excellent! 10/10. We loved our holiday at Villa Iris. Location was great and we did not need a car, sea restaurants, bars etc all within a pleasant walk. BBQ was fab and we have about 4 evening meals at home around the pool. Bliss. Cannot recommend the villa enough.

This is the third villa we have stayed in with Beach Villas. They never fail to impress us with their service and their villas. This is just what we wanted; clean, spacious and a lovely pool to relax in!

The Beach Villas Team were very good with communication and everything worked very efficiently. What we loved about the villa was the large deep pool pretty garden relative quiet plenty of outdoor furniture well equipped kitchen. Thank you.
