We had a late arrival to the villa and Savvas the owner had left the key in the door for us along with a welcome pack in the fridge. This included milk bread eggs jams butter and a selection of beers and lagers. Savvas came to welcome us the following morning and also to clean the pool which he did on a regular basis. What a lovely man he is, such a character with a great sense of humour. His wife also baked us a cake which was delicious. The situation of the villa is perfect, so secluded and peaceful. There were 5 others along the quiet lane but because of the well matured gardens of beautiful orange and olive trees we were not overlooked at all. Great service from the Beach Villas team

Fantastic location - shops and restaurants easily accessible. Very hospitable hosts - nicely stocked fridge and a home made cake ! Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Spacious and clean accommodation with lots of privacy. Large pool and gardens.

We loved the area. It met all our wishes for a restful family holiday in a charming rural coastal environment, away from highly commercialised resort areas but with good local facilities. The villa provided comfortable and well appointed accommodation with all the facilities one could expect. The extra touches from the warm, friendly and welcoming owners (welcome pack, delicious cake , fresh-picked fruit etc) added a really nice dimension. We loved it all.

Perfect holiday in a great villa and a very friendly and helpful host. Even had some food in the fridge when we arrived late with two little children. So we had enough for a small dinner and even breakfast the next day. Fresh orange juice every day from the oranges of the garden. Excellent

Stayed in August 2015 2 adults and 3 teenagers over 15. This was our first holiday to somewhere really hot. We had a brilliant time particularly because of the Villas location (in quiet countryside with lovely balcony views but only 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach) and because of the pool. We were in and out of the pool all day starting before breakfast sometimes and loved swimming in the lighted pool at night. The free Wifi also a big hit with teenagers. The weather was hot and sunny every day but with a lovely breeze in the afternoons. We didn't need the air conditioning because the open windows let in enough of a breeze. Lovely villa in a secluded location yet very near Polis. Fantastic owners - we've never had a pool so clean as it was done at least every second day. We will be going back.

We really enjoyed our time here and could easily have stayed for much longer than 2 weeks.The villa was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We did arrange for air conditioning and this worked really well.The pool was regularly maintained and a delight to use.We met the villa owners who made us feel most welcome. I would definitely be happy to stay here another time in the future

Great to stay amountst the orange and olive plantations and have freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. The extra attention from the owners really did make a difference with homemade gifts and also appreciated them calling and Agni travel texting daily. Thank you the STEVENS family had a wonderful Easter break.
