We have had the best family holiday. (2 adults and 2 older teens) The villa is perfect for a family. We have loved the pool and the views from the villa are superb. The walk down to the beach is a little steep - and a bit hot on the way back up but not a major issue for us although someone with mobility issues would struggle. The beach is small but perfect and wasn't crowded at all. The local restaurants were fabulous - tables by the sea and food was glorious. We hired a small boat for the day and explored all the little coves along the coast - snorkelling in the clearest of waters. We don't hire a car for this holiday and found the local supermarket had every use needed and

The villa is just beautiful! Well located, close to the most beautiful beach Nissaki. Everything was clean, comfortable, airco in the bedrooms and plenty of space for a family. The pool is clean, big and the surroundings of the properties with the trees and flowers are amazing. We loved this place and will absolutely come back!

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect sea views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the upper terrace over the Nissaki bay were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Nissaki and Mparmpati, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with perfect sea views then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Kalami, Kassiopi, and Ypsos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... I cant say enough about this villa and its secluded location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! Villa Vasillis and Nissaki were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only 5 minutes walk away. We loved Villa Youla! It is spacious, well equipped with plenty of outdoor space and a lovely pool. Great that the bedrooms have air conditioning. Katerina looked after us very well. It is in a lovely position with views of the sea and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely like to return sometime. Penny
